Look for an email from “Samuel at Family Blackout Plan” (samuel@familyblackoutplan.com) with the subject “Your Family Blackout Plan delivery”. It can take up to 20 minutes to arrive.
Tap “Open my plan”.
That email has a link highlighted in yellow that opens your Blackout Numbers Calculator, and your printable plans right under it. There is no password to create.
Not there after 20 minutes?
Look in your Spam or Junk folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Promotions tab. If you find my email there, mark it “Not spam” or move it to your inbox, so my next emails reach you.
Still nothing?
Write to samuel@familyblackoutplan.com from the email address you used at checkout. I will send you your plan by hand.
Keep that email: “Open my plan” opens your calculator on any phone or computer. Your answers and your tracker stay on the device where you typed them, so on a new device you answer the questions again.
Your Household Pack is in the same email, right under your printable plans. Start with the main plan, then open the pack.
If you added the No-Cook Meal Plan, it comes in its own email from the same address, with the subject “Your No-Cook Meal Plan delivery”. Start with the main plan, then open the meal plan.
If you added the Grab-and-Go Plan, it comes in its own email from the same address, with the subject “Your Grab-and-Go Plan delivery”. Your statement shows it as a separate $27 charge.
